This means you can eat foods your love, isn't restrictive & will not feel like you're on a 'diet'.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We all need that extra push. That's why you get full accountability from a coach to make sure you attend your session, but also follow the BBR nutrition plan to help get those results.

We all  keep track of everything via a custom app that will allow your coach to know your exact situatation.
